Rising Stars Silks & Aerial introduces students to the exciting world of aerial arts in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Students will build gymnastics foundations while exploring aerial silks, lyra (aerial hoop), and other beginner aerial and skills.

Classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, body awareness, and confidence. Students will learn foundational aerial skills through age-appropriate instruction, games, challenges, and creative movement.

As students progress, they will develop new skills, build confidence, and learn to safely climb, wrap, balance, pose, and move through the air.
