Bright Stars is a sensory-friendly gymnastics class designed especially for young children who benefit from a supportive and welcoming introduction to gymnastics. A parent, grandparent, caregiver, or other trusted grown-up participates alongside the child as they explore movement, tumbling, balance, coordination, strength, and body awareness.

Children are encouraged to learn at their own pace while building confidence, independence, and foundational gymnastics skills. Our focus is not perfection—it’s participation, connection, and celebrating every child’s progress.
