At Union County Gymnastics, our goal is to support the physical, emotional, and psychological development of every athlete in our program. We believe every athlete has the ability to learn, grow, and shine. Through gymnastics and movement, we work to build strength, flexibility, coordination, confidence, and self-esteem while helping each athlete reach their individual goals.

We provide personalized instruction in a positive, encouraging, and supportive atmosphere all year long. Our programs welcome athletes of all abilities and learning styles, including traditional gymnastics, adaptive gymnastics, and sensory-friendly programs. We meet each athlete where they are and adapt instruction to help them feel successful, included, and confident.

Over the years, our center has trained thousands of gymnasts and athletes from Union County, the surrounding communities, and abroad. Through our sister school, Haiti Gymnastics, our gymnastics family extends beyond our local community, creating opportunities to share our love of the sport, encourage athletes, and make a difference around the world.
